She could see the Pacific Ocean and British Columbia in the distance. They walked together up to the edge of the cliff and looked out over the ocean. Morgan knew it was coming. She was so excited to say YES that she barely noticed the ring. Finally, she peeled her eyes away from Tyler and the beautiful view and saw the most GORGEOUS ring ever!! It was exactly what Morgan wanted!! Their trip to Seattle to visit Morgan’s best friend turned into the most important vacation of their lives!!

Kenilworth Park was the PERFECT place for Morgan and Tyler’s engagement session this weekend because Morgan wanted cherry blossoms without the crowds! The beautiful trees were so much fun to use in their portraits, and I was totally in heaven! I think I’ve found my new favorite kind of portrait: standing in the middle of a tree!! Having the blooms in front of the camera make the portraits look so dreamy!!

I was so lucky to be able to meet Tyler’s daughter Peyton as well! She was shy at first, but quickly showed me her flossing skills, and she was SO GOOD!! I am still so impressed!! I can’t wait to see more of those dancing skills at the wedding!!

The love that Morgan and Tyler share together is undeniable. It is so clear that they both love Peyton and their sweet puppy too! It was so nice to be able to capture some family portraits in addition to their couples portraits too! I am already excited for their wedding this year because I know it will be a blast!!
