Driving into John James Audubon Center in Pennsylvania for Jackie & Jarrod’s wedding, I was ready to shoot fast. It was COLD, just like the last time I shot at this venue. The wind was blowing fast and the sun kept dipping behind the clouds. It even started flurrying on our way from the church to the venue. So, after putting our bags down, and running around the venue like a crazy person finding the perfect light and location, I took the bridal party outside for only 9 minutes! Normally, I budget 20-30 minutes while creating a timeline. I have never shot so fast while also getting so much variety for my couple! It was the perfect start to the rest of their wedding day!

The best part of the entire day was how amazing Jackie, Jarrod, and the entire bridal party was! They were so happy to be supporting Jackie & Jarrod and kept the energy high even though Jackie was literally shaking from the cold. There was an abundance of joy and excitement for this day finally arriving after postponing for 6 months.

When it was clear last summer that their wedding would not happen, Jackie and Jarrod postponed their wedding in hopes that their entire family would be able to join them. Even though their wedding was smaller than they first imagined, it was one of the best dance floors I have ever seen! The entire wedding danced the entire night! Jackie and Jarrod also have many nieces and nephews who had a blast all night long. The kids ran around the venue with glowing glasses, glow sticks, and slinkies! It was a beautiful night.
