Every single part of Sarah and Dustins’s wedding held so much meaning to them as a couple. I have never been to a wedding that was so full of sentimental, beautiful details and events, and it just totally reflected their love for each other! Valley Road Vineyards in Charlottesville was the perfect backdrop for their beautiful day!
Their weekend started off at Camp Holiday Trails for their rehearsal dinner. They met while working at that camp, and surprised everyone with the same drummers that always performed during the summer! How sweet is that?! Sarah got ready and enjoyed a slow morning on the porch where Dustin proposed to her at camp!
Sarah wore the veil that her mom wore, which had lace sewn into it from her dear Grandma Sally. Her grandma also gave her a sixpence for her shoe that she had saved for years. Sarah wore her grandma’s ring which is also her birthstone, and they got married in Sally’s church! Sarah and Dustin, originally hoped that her grandma would be the flower girl, but I just know that Grandma Sally would have been just in awe of how beautiful Sarah was if she could have been there!
Dustin and Sarah were so excited to be finally husband and wife! They couldn’t stop smiling the entire afternoon and night! Laughter and love filled the reception space, and I couldn’t help but smile the entire night either! The toasts spoke of how amazing they are apart and together, and I’m so lucky to know them!!
