I am SO EXCITED to share this session with all of you! Harper’s Ferry is such a beautiful small town, and I couldn’t have picked a better couple to show me around! I loved the train flying by, the beautiful views of mountains and the river, and the old buildings that were built on the hill. Plus, the fall leaves were beautiful and made the early November snow feel less chilly. It was a perfect day!
But above all, Meg and Jared were AMAZING! I met them for the first time on Saturday and couldn’t stop smiling the entire day because we had a blast together! I know their wedding day will be even more fun! They even invited Josh, Trevor, and I to grab coffee after their session!! Can you believe it?! They are perfect!!
When Jared popped the question, he surprised Meg by taking her to Harper’s Ferry on a Thursday. She wasn’t expecting anything until the following day, so it was the perfect timing. He laid out rose petals and candles at the top of the hill with the ruins of the church surrounding them. Jared even made sure her family was there to celebrate with them! So, when they told me they wanted to do their pictures at Harper’s Ferry, I was so excited! It truly was the perfect place for their engagement session!
When you meet these two, you can clearly see how much love they share. Throughout the entire session, Jared kept stealing kisses and sweet hugs. And every time, I excitedly shrieked saying, “AHHH you guys are the CUTEST!” I just couldn’t contain my joy. Meg was equally as adorable, laughing and enjoying her time with her fiancé. You could just tell that they were made for each other.
Jared & Meg –
I cannot wait for your wedding day! I know we are going to have so much fun! You two are so perfect for each other. Enjoy every moment of the planning season together, and I am honored to be a part of it!
