You never expect to meet lifelong friends when you apply for a summer job – Leann

Leann and I met 5 years ago when we worked together at a summer camp called ESF. I only had the chance to work there for one year, but it was the best summer! If I could go back and work there again, I would in a heartbeat! But the best part of the job wasn’t the job itself, but the people. I met so many amazing and kind people who made me feel instantly welcome. It was like we were family for the summer. I have never experienced anything like it, and I loved it!! Leann was one of those people. She was always so nice and fun but knew how to handle the kids and their excitement over summer. I just really admired her!

So when I had to leave after just one summer, I was excited to see updates on their lives through social media! I am so thankful for that! So when Leann reached out to ask if I could do their engagement photos, I was so honored and excited!!

For sure, this Valley Forge engagement session is going down as one of my all time favorites for sure! Sean and Leann are the cutest, and I am so honored to have captured this stage in their relationship together! The best part of this engagement session is that they are actually already married! Just one month after getting engaged, they got married in a small ceremony with their parents! Sean is in the military (and works with Tanks, which is AWESOME!), so they both knew it would be easier to be married while relocating! But Leann and Sean always dreamed of celebrating with all of their friends and family, so they are planning their wedding for December!

Sean and Leann met in elementary school! They were actually neighbors most of their lives. They started dating in senior year of high school after reconnecting! Throughout college, they worked through the long distance to ultimately decide to stay together. I just love how their love has survived so much over the years to bring them to this moment. And guys, they are ADORABLE!!
