From the moment I talked to Sarah about her wedding day, I knew we were the perfect fit for her wedding day! And then, she teared up as our engagement session was ending. And I knew I was right! She was so grateful to be doing engagement photos in Richmond and sad that they were over! I am just so lucky with my brides and grooms, especially Sarah and Dustin! Sarah & Dustin are the sweetest and I can’t wait to see them again for their wedding day!

About Sarah & Dustin

Sarah and Dustin met working at a summer camp for children with chronic illnesses. Now, Dustin works with students with Autism which immediately caught my attention being a former teacher and aide for a boy with autism! I loved talking to Dustin all about teaching, and Sarah about working with kids at her pediatric urgent care. These two just have such a heart for kids, and I absolutely loved it! But more than that, they love each other so much! Sarah’s laugh lights up her entire face, and Dustin knows exactly how to make her smile!

Why a Downtown Richmond Engagement Session?

Sarah and Dustin had their first date at the pipeline in downtown Richmond where we started our engagement session. It was gorgeous because you could walk right out over the water or climb down to the rocks and sand! They were so excited to show me the pipeline because it’s special to them! And all the climbing and narrow pathways were absolutely worth it!

I cannot wait to see both of them for their wedding day next fall! The best part?! I get to see another place that holds so much significance for them, the summer camp where they met! Counting down the days until I get to see these two again!
