I remember the moment her email hit my inbox. “You had me at tacos and red wine!” was the first line. I immediately looked at Josh and said, “I already love this girl! I’m so excited!!” We got talking about her trip to Waco, Texas to see the silos and our trip to Disney, and I knew this girl would be an awesome bride. Fast forward to the end of Sabrina and Matt’s engagement session at Paradise Springs Winery, and Sabrina hands me a bottle of red wine as a thank you! I mean, I was speechless. I still can’t put into words my happiness and excitement from having these two as a Hanna Morgan Couple. They are just the sweetest people and I am so lucky to be a part of their engagement and wedding!!

When we started planning for their engagement session, Sabrina suggested we go to Paradise Springs Winery! She wanted to capture this special place because Sabrina and Matt went to this winery the night that they got engaged! I love the history that this place holds for them! Wineries are also such a romantic place to capture engagement pictures! I was hoping by the end of March there would be more leaves, but luckily there was one beautiful tree with blooms!

My favorite part about their engagement story is that Matt built Sabrina’s ring box out of three different kinds of wood. He excitedly told me the three types of wood again at the engagement session, but it went right over my head. I wish I remembered exactly what he used, but I am so impressed that Matt was able to build such a beautiful box from scratch to hold their most important delicate ring.

Matt and Sabrina, I had so much fun with you both! I am counting down the days until we get to celebrate your wedding day and have fun capturing your love again! I hope you love these as much as I do!

We were able to shoot in the barrel room at the winery, and I was SO EXCITED! I absolutely LOVE these pictures even though they are different than my normal work. That room was so much fun to shoot in!

Then, Sabrina surprised Matt with her new Chiefs Jersey with her new last name! She got the number 19 for the year they are getting married! I loved his reaction!
